Together, we will shape an experience around their personality, confidence and story, whether that takes us through the architecture and streets of Central London, into the familiarity of home or somewhere further afield that already means something to them.
My approach is dog led and consent based, giving every precious little soul the time, space and choice they need to feel comfortable. Dogs remain safely on lead throughout, while the pace of the experience is shaped around their confidence, personality and willingness to take part. Rather than working through a rigid shot list, we make room for movement, connection, character and all those little moments that make their relationship entirely their own.
Owners, couples and family members are warmly encouraged to be part of the photographs too. Some of the most meaningful portraits hold far more than how a much-loved dog or pet looked at a particular moment; they hold the gestures, expressions and bond that made life together theirs.

How the gift works
Your Physical Gift Voucher
If you wish, your gift can be presented as a physical Raven Imagery gift voucher, perfect for Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, milestones or simply because their little soul means everything. When the recipient is ready, they can contact me personally and together we will plan their private dog or pet portrait experience around the location, timing, pace and photographs they would most love to create.
The £350 gift voucher includes the current session fee for a private Central London portrait experience, outdoors or at home, in a hotel or private residence. Higher gift values can be used towards travelling further afield, finished photographs, a beautifully made album, wall art or fine art.
Nothing needs to be chosen in advance. After the session, the recipient can discover their photographs and decide what feels most meaningful, allowing the finished collection to take shape around the portraits they genuinely love.
For the £350 gift voucher only, the session fee is honoured for 12 months from the original purchase date. After that, the voucher continues to hold its £350 monetary value until the three-year expiry date, with the session fee in place at the time of booking applying.
For Christmas, a birthday, anniversary, milestone or simply because someone deserves a gift that feels deeply personal, this is an experience created around what matters most to them. Gift Voucher Value
Each Raven Imagery gift voucher is issued for the monetary value purchased and can be used towards private portrait experiences with Andrew Raven, agreed travel associated with those experiences, and finished photographs and artwork created from the recipient’s Raven Imagery portrait sessions.
The voucher does not need to be used in a single transaction. Where a balance remains, it can continue to be used towards eligible Raven Imagery portrait experiences, photographs or artwork within the voucher’s validity period.
The voucher is issued to the named recipient and cannot be transferred to another person.
No cash change is given and unused balances cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The £350 Gift Voucher
The £350 gift voucher includes one private Central London portrait session with Andrew Raven, including personal planning and up to two hours together.
For the £350 gift voucher only, the £350 Central London session fee is honoured for 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Finished photographs, albums, wall art and fine art are chosen separately and are not included within the £350 session fee.
If the portrait session is not arranged within those first 12 months, the voucher continues to retain its £350 monetary value until its expiry date. The Raven Imagery session fee in place at the time of booking will then apply, with any difference payable separately.
For Gift Values Above £350
Gift values of £500, £750, £1,000, £1,500 and £2,000 give the recipient greater freedom to shape their Raven Imagery experience around what matters most to them.
They can be used towards portrait sessions, travelling further afield, finished photographs, a beautifully made album, wall art or fine art created from the recipient’s Raven Imagery portrait sessions.
The Raven Imagery pricing in place when the recipient books their experience or chooses their photographs and artwork will apply.
If their choices exceed the remaining voucher value, the difference can simply be paid separately. Where a balance remains, it can continue to be used within the voucher’s validity period.
Validity
All Raven Imagery gift vouchers are valid for three years from the original date of purchase. The expiry date will be shown clearly on the physical voucher.
The recipient must contact Raven Imagery no later than one month before the stated expiry date to allow sufficient time for their portrait experience or remaining voucher value to be arranged.
Portrait sessions are subject to availability and should take place within the voucher’s validity period. Contacting Raven Imagery before the expiry date does not itself extend the voucher’s validity.
Any extension beyond the stated expiry date is at Raven Imagery’s discretion and must be agreed in writing.
Rescheduling at the recipient’s request does not automatically extend the voucher’s validity.
If Raven Imagery needs to postpone a confirmed portrait session beyond the expiry date, the voucher will remain valid for the rearranged session.
Replacing a lost or damaged voucher does not restart or extend its original validity period.
What the Voucher Can Be Used Towards

agreed travel beyond Central London for a Raven Imagery portrait experience
finished photographs created from the recipient’s Raven Imagery portrait sessions
beautifully made albums featuring photographs from those sessions
wall art and fine art created from photographs taken during those sessions
The voucher is intended for the recipient’s Raven Imagery portrait experiences and the photographs and artwork created from them.
Except for the specific 12-month session-fee protection attached to the £350 gift voucher, sessions, photographs, albums, artwork and travel are charged at the Raven Imagery prices in place when they are booked or selected.
Redeeming the Gift
When the recipient is ready, they simply need to contact Andrew Raven using the details provided with their physical gift voucher and quote their voucher details.
I will then plan their experience personally with them, including the date, location, pace of the session and anything they would particularly love to create.
Portrait sessions are subject to availability. For the best choice of dates, I recommend getting in touch at least one month in advance, particularly for weekends and busier times of year.
A particular date, time or location is confirmed only once the booking has been agreed.
Once a portrait session has been booked, Raven Imagery’s usual portrait commission, cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to that individual booking.
Locations & Additional Costs
Private portrait experiences can take place outdoors in Central London or at home, in a hotel or private residence within Central London.
Portrait experiences beyond Central London can also be arranged. Agreed travel costs may be paid from the available gift voucher balance.
Additional travel, accommodation, specialist location hire, permits, hotel or venue charges and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically stated as included.
Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed before the portrait experience is confirmed.
Physical Gift Voucher & Delivery
Each Raven Imagery physical gift voucher is personally prepared and is normally dispatched within 1–5 working days of purchase.
Delivery time is additional to the preparation period, so purchasers should allow sufficient time when ordering for a particular date or occasion.
Where a voucher is personalised, the purchaser is responsible for checking that the recipient’s name, personal message and delivery information supplied at the time of purchase are correct.
If a physical voucher is lost or damaged, please contact Raven Imagery. Where the original purchase can be verified, a replacement can be arranged and the original voucher reference cancelled to prevent duplicate use.
Any replacement voucher will retain its original purchase date, remaining balance and expiry date. A reasonable replacement and postage charge may apply and will be confirmed before the replacement is prepared.
Remaining Voucher Balance
Where a balance remains after a portrait session or purchase, it can continue to be used towards eligible future Raven Imagery portrait experiences, photographs or artwork within the voucher’s original validity period.
The recipient can contact Raven Imagery during the validity period to confirm their remaining balance.
The requirement to contact Raven Imagery no later than one month before the stated expiry date also applies when arranging use of any remaining balance.
Cancellations & Refunds
For online purchases, where the statutory right to cancel applies, the purchaser may cancel within 14 calendar days beginning on the day after the purchase is confirmed.
To cancel, the purchaser should contact Raven Imagery in writing with their name, order number, gift voucher value and date of purchase. No reason for cancellation is required.
Any refund due will be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
If an order is cancelled and refunded, the corresponding gift voucher will immediately become void and cannot subsequently be used.
After the applicable 14-day cancellation period has passed, gift voucher purchases are non-refundable for change of mind and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights.
If Raven Imagery Needs to Postpone or Cancel
If I need to postpone a confirmed portrait session, I will work personally with the recipient to arrange a suitable alternative date.
If the rearranged date falls beyond the voucher’s expiry date, the voucher will remain valid for that confirmed rearranged session.
If Raven Imagery is unable to provide an agreed portrait experience, I will discuss the available options directly with the purchaser and recipient.
Individual Portrait Bookings
These Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, monetary value, validity and redemption of the gift voucher.
Each portrait session booked using the voucher is also subject to Raven Imagery’s usual commission terms, including the relevant arrangements for cancellation, rescheduling, weather, location, gallery delivery, photograph selection, artwork ordering and use of the finished photographs.

The current £350 session fee is honoured for 12 months from the original date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to choose when they would love their portrait experience to take place.
If the gift value is higher than £350, the remaining value can be put towards travelling beyond Central London or towards the finished photographs, album, wall art or fine art they choose afterwards.
When they are ready, the recipient simply needs to contact me personally with their gift voucher details. I will then begin planning the experience with them, from the date and location to the pace of the session and anything they would particularly love to create. All bookings are subject to availability.
After the first 12 months, the gift continues to retain its full monetary value for up to three years from the original purchase date. If the session is arranged after that initial 12-month period, the session fee in place at the time of booking will apply, with the remaining gift value available towards their experience, photographs and artwork.
If their final choices exceed the value of the gift, they can simply pay the difference.
